TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Jan 28, 2014) -
TheDirectory.com, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SEEK), an emerging leader
in the vertical and local search space, today announced that it has
completed its audited financial statements for its fiscal years
2011, 2012 and 2013 and has filed a form 10 with the Securities and
Exchange Commission in order to become a fully reporting
Company.
Company Founder and Chief Executive Scott Gallagher stated,
"Obviously becoming a fully reporting Company is an important part
of our future growth strategy. Investors of all levels will now
have timely access to our annual and quarterly financial data. Our
up-listing to the OTCQB will be completed when we either, clear
