Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that on 19 July 2021 165,284 ordinary 1p shares were sold by Michael Ord, a director of the Company, to cover tax and national insurance liabilities arising on the vesting of an award over 340,843 ordinary 1p shares under the Chemring Group Performance Share Plan on 15 July 2021 (as announced on 16 July 2021). Following this transaction, Mr Ord holds 225,559 ordinary 1p shares in the capital of the Company.
