ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

RESULT OF POLL AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, the Board is pleased to announce that all of the ordinary resolutions put to shareholders were voted on by Poll and passed. The following special

business was also voted on by poll and passed   which : 

i.) will allow the Company to allot shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of GBP586,569 repre senting approximately 10% of the Company's issued share capital ;

   ii.)        will allow the disapplication of pre-emption rights on the allotment of shares; and 

iii.) will allow the Company to make market purchases o f up to 3,517,069 Ordi nary shares representing 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital.

   iv.)       Will allow the adoption of new Articles of Association of the Company.
