Results of AGM

Sure Ventures is a London listed venture capital fund which invests in early stage software companies in the rapidly growing technology areas of Augmented reality ('AR'), Virtual reality ('VR'), Internet of Things ('IoT') and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The results of the AGM held on the 15(th) of September 2021 are as follows:

-All resolutions contained in the notice of the AGM were duly passed on a show of hands

-The total number of shares in issue as at 4:30pm on the 14(th) of September 2021 stood at 6,013,225 shares. Votes were received in respect of 1,146,138 shares and represented a 19.06% turn out.

Copies of all special resolutions numbered 10 to 11 will be made available for inspection from the National

Storage Mechanism, situated at:   https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
