As of 19th May 2003 by mutual agreement, Andrew Ilsley's contract of employment
has been terminated. Andrew Ilsley was formerly Managing Director of Comland
Commercial PLC and the Board would like to thank him for his contribution during
his five years with Comland. A replacement appointment is not deemed necessary
for the foreseeable future; Stuart Crossley remains Chairman and Chief
Executive.
