The Directors of Focus Solutions Group plc ('Focus' or the 'Company') are
delighted to announce that all the resolutions presented at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company yesterday were passed. As a consequence, the Company has
placed 1,280,000 shares with existing institutional shareholders at 24.5 pence
per share to satisfy institutional demand.
