Trading Update for the Period Ending 30 September 2023

Libra (Longhurst Group) Treasury plc announces the Longhurst Group Limited consolidated unaudited trading update for the six months ending 30 September 2023 (Q2 2023/24). All comparative figures are to Longhurst Group Limited's unaudited prior year equivalent period, being the six months ending 30 September 2022 (Q2 2022/23).

Regulatory Judgement for Governance and Viability

Libra (Longhurst Group) Treasury plc announces that the Regulator of Social Housing has refreshed their assessment of Longhurst Group Limited's compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard of the Regulatory Framework.

Longhurst Group Limited's governance and financial viability grades are unchanged, being G1/V2.

Credit Opinion Update from Moody's Investors Service at 30 October 2023
