Radian and A2Dominion end partnership discussions

The Boards of Radian Group Limited (parent of Radian Capital plc) and A2Dominion Housing Group Limited had been in discussions to form a partnership and explore options to deliver benefits for the residents and local communities they serve.

In reviewing the options, the Groups have mutually agreed that at this stage it would be preferable to continue to deliver their respective strategic plans and transformation programmes independently.

Discussions regarding a formal partnership have now ended.
