The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 643,900, of it's own shares,
being 606,900 A-shares and 37,000 B-shares for NOK 171.61 and NOK 162.00 per
share respectively.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 6,477,000 of it's own
shares, being 3,821,150 A-shares and 2,655,850 B-shares.

Total number of outstanding shares after this is 63,542,056.
