Annual Financial Report - Delay in Publication

The Company announces that as it continues putting together financing arrangements for the reverse takeover of Hyperion Resources Limited (details of which were announced on 5 October 2023 and 3 January 2024) and for the Company generally, it was not in a position to finalise and publish its Annual Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 by the required deadline of 30 April 2024.

The Company will update the market in due course as appropriate.
