GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING, JUNE 8, 2023
The General Shareholders' Meeting of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain
was held today in Paris.
At this meeting, the shareholders present or represented held an
aggregate 69.19% of the outstanding shares and all resolutions were
adopted.
The shareholders approved the payment of a dividend up 23% to
2EUR per share (compared to EUR1.63 for fiscal year 2021), to be
wholly paid in cash. The ex-dividend date will be June 12, 2023,
and the dividend payment will be made as from June 14, 2023.
The General Shareholders' Meeting also renewed the term of
office of Ms. Dominique Leroy, independent Director, and appointed
Ms. Jana Revedin as a new independent Director.
A webcast of the General Shareholders' Meeting and the results
of the vote on each resolution will be available on the Company's
website ( www.saint-gobain.com ) as from June 9, 2023.
