                                Grant of Options



On 20 March 2006, the Board granted the following options over ordinary shares
of 1p each in the capital of the Company to certain Directors of the Company,
all such options being granted under the terms of the Chariot (UK) plc Company
Share Option Plan ("CSOP"):

In addition, options over a further 67,000 ordinary shares of 1p each were
granted on 20 March 2006 to employees of the Company.



All such options are exercisable between 20 March 2009 and 20 March 2016 (or
earlier in certain 'good leaver' circumstances).



Additionally, the above directors are interested in the following share options
over ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital under the Chariot (UK) plc
Management Equity Plan ("MEP"):

The options under the MEP were granted on 6 January 2006 and are exercisable up
to 5 January 2016 (subject in certain cases to the first draw of Chariot's
lottery taking place). Further details of the grant of options under the MEP,
along with details of the CSOP and MEP, are set out in the admission document
published by Chariot at the time of its admission to AIM in February 2006.
