Harvest Minerals Ltd. said Monday that it has received certification for its fertilizer KP Fertil from the Brazilian government.

The AIM-listed fertilizer producer said that Brazil's Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Supply has approved its organic mineral fertilizer KP Fertil, noting that this certification is a requirement of purchase for some customers.

"Being recognized as a fertilizer by MAPA is the highest level of certification that KP Fertil needs to achieve and is indisputable recognition of the quality of our product," Chairman Brian McMaster said.
