Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 23 October 2023, Stephen Barker (a PDMR) sold 5,064 ordinary shares at a price of 395 pence per share in the capital of the Company. In addition, Mr Barker's wife, Lisa Barker, purchased 4,991 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 414 pence per share.
