real estate investment company announces a portfolio update as at
31 January 2024.
Net Asset
Value
The Company's unaudited net asset
value ('NAV') as at 31 January 2024 is 93.73 pence per share (31
December 2023 NAV: 94.11 pence per share), a decrease of
0.4%. The Company's share price as at 31 January 2024 was
69.20 pence and the discount was 26.2%.
