Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy-focused development company, wishes to issue a statement of correction for its shareholding in Mast Energy Developments (Pty) Ltd ('MED') as announced in an RNS dated 16 January 2024 that details the Company's Strategy Update. The correct Kibo shareholding in MED is 47.08% as previously announced in an RNS dated 11 December 2023.
