Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 9 October 2023 that, on the same day, Mr Michael O'Connell, Finance Director of the Company, exercised 50,000 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as part of the Company's LTIP performance plan. Following this exercise, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares has increased by 50,000 and now comprises 1,660,862 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.2% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury). The exercise of options is being satisfied by the transfer of existing Ordinary Shares which are held by the employee share option trust.
