nanosynth, the AIM quoted company specialising in the synthesis and application of nanoparticles to create new and improve existing products, announces that it was notified that on 5 July 2022, Mark Duffin, Chief Executive Office of the Company and Andrew Stedman, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 4,166,667 and 2,083,333 ordinary shares in the Company respectively, each at a price of 0.48 pence per share.

Following the transactions, Mr Duffin has an aggregate interest in 4,166,667 ordinary shares and Mr Stedman in 2,083,333 ordinary shares, representing 0.2% and 0.1% respectively in the total issued share capital of the Company.
