       Premium Partner Agreement with British Sky Broadcasting ("BSkyB")

  Sports Cafe has installed High Definition television service, Sky HD in all
                            sites for The World Cup


Sports Cafe (AIM: SCA), the owner and operator of the Sports Cafe chain of
leading licensed Sports Entertainment Venues, announces the signing of a
two-year deal with BSkyB under which BSkyB will provide and install its High
Definition television service, Sky HD, throughout the Sports Cafe Estate during
June 2006.

Sky HD will be shown in designated areas within each Sports Cafe, including a
branded Sky HD team room in the Group's flagship site, The London Sports Cafe at
80 Haymarket.

The agreement will provide Sports Cafe and BSkyB, with the opportunity to
promote sport on a High Definition television service, Sky HD to the Sports
Cafe's corporate customers and retail customer base.

Commenting on the BSkyB contract Bill Balkou, Chief Executive Sports Cafe
Holdings said:

entertainment venue throughout the UK and enable us to offer the latest audio

this new experience."

increased turnover by 26% to #14.1m over the past year as the estate has grown
into a national operation. The continuing expansion into new locations
throughout the UK will enhance the brand as a leader in its field.
