HC Slingsby PLC, one of the market leaders in the distribution of industrial and commercial equipment, announces that Morgan Morris, Group Chief Executive, purchased 3,750 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), via his self-invested personal pension, at a price of 239 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 November 2023.

Following this purchase, Morgan Morris has a total beneficial interest in 100,989 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 9.62 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
