    Pursuant to the announcement made on 15 September 2008 in which SiRViS IT Holdings Limited declared its offer for SiRViS IT wholly
unconditional, SiRViS IT today announces that an application has been made for the cancellation of trading of the ordinary shares of the
Company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Cancellation will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 16 October 2008.
