On 26 april 2006 the Stylo plc Employee Benefit Trust Transferred 121,000
limited voting ordinary shares to Mr R A Stark, director, on his exercising the
following share options:


 7,500 shares at an option price of #0.4884
15,000 shares at an option price of #0.3433
38,500 shares at an option price of #0.3033
20,000 shares at an option price of #0.2500
20,000 shares at an option price of #0.2533
20,000 shares at an option price of #0.2450

On the 26 April 2006 the Stylo plc Employees Benefit Trust agreed to purchase
from Mr Stark 121,000 limited voting ordinary shares at 96.5 pence per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions Mr Stark's residual
shareholding was unaltered at 1,000 limited voting ordinary shares.
