Result of AGM &
Non-Executive Board Changes
Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the platform
driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and
other premium brands, announces that at the Company's Annual
General Meeting held at 11:00am today, all resolutions were duly
passed.
The results of the proxy votes received in relation
to the resolutions will be made available on the Company's website
at tenlifestylegroup.com/investors/management-team/.
Following the announcement on 8 November 2023,
Gillian Davies, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit &
Risk Committee, has stepped down from the Board after more than a
six year tenure, having secured an orderly succession.
Edward Knapp, Non-Executive Director, will assume the
role as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and Carolyn Jameson
will be appointed to the Nomination Committee.
The Board is confident that its composition is
well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of our business as we move
into the next stage of development.
