Intention to launch an Offer

The Directors of Unicorn AIM VCT plc are pleased to announce that they intend to launch an offer for subscription to raise GBP15 million (with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further GBP5 million) through the issue of new ordinary shares ("the Offer").
