               Subscription for shares and additional listing



In accordance with the Investment Agreement entered into between the Company and
Burnbrae Limited on 13 October 2004, Burnbrae Limited has subscribed for
#200,000 of new Ordinary Shares at 0.11p.  The proceeds of the subscription will
be applied in reduction of the Company's overdraft.



The Company will make application for the 181,818,182 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 4 January 2004.
