Amendments to the Official List 
Trading in Post-Consolidation Existing Ordinary Shares 
 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 7 January 2010, the Company can confirm 
that the requisite amendments to the Official List will be made, with effect 
from 8.00 a.m. today, to reflect the changes to the nominal value and number of 
ordinary shares as a result of the Share Reorganisation and Share Consolidation. 
 
 
 
Dealings in the Post-Consolidation Existing Ordinary Shares are expected to 
commence at 8.00 a.m. today and CREST accounts are expected to be credited 
shortly thereafter in respect of shareholders who hold their ordinary shares in 
the Company in uncertificated form. 
 
 
The Company can confirm that the change of name from White Young Green plc to 
WYG plc became effective on 18 December 2009. 
 
 
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement have the same 
meaning as in the Circular dated 9 December 2009.
