Vicinity Motor Corp. Grants Stock Options

 

VANCOUVER, BC / November 15, 2023 / Vicinity Motor Corp. (NASDAQ:VEV) (TSXV:VMC) (“Vicinity” or the “Company”), a North American supplier of commercial electric vehicles, announces the grant of 402,000 incentive stock options to its directors, officers, consultants and/or employees pursuant to the Company’s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. The options are exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of $1.18 per share.
