DWLD) is proud to announce that Donald A. DiRenzo has joined the
Company's advisory board. Mr. DiRenzo is a Vice Chairman of Cushman
& Wakefield, Inc., a global leader in commercial real estate

Mr. DiRenzo brings to DWS Defense Systems more than 40 years of
experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has
been responsible for leasing and sales transactions of nearly 50
million square feet, and is widely regarded as one of the most
accomplished real estate professionals in the industry today. He
has built his career representing the commercial real estate
interests of many of the world's largest corporations. Mr. DiRenzo
joins Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik and
Scott L. Vining, recently the treasurer and chief accounting
officer of Armor Holdings, Inc., a leading manufacturer of security
products for law enforcement personnel around the world, as members
of DWS Defense System's advisory board. In his position as advisor,
Mr. DiRenzo will provide guidance on DWS Defense Systems' fiber
optic and securities related strategic alliances and acquisitions
