Spain's Amadeus IT Holdings SA (AMS.MC) said Wednesday it has agreed to sell online travel unit Opodo to buyout firms Permira and Axa Private Equity for about EUR500 million.

Amadeus said in a filing with regulators that the transaction includes commercial agreements under which Amadeus will provide travel technology services for websites Opodo, eDreams and GoVoyages during a 10-year period.
