ITrackr Technologies, Inc., (Pink Sheets: DTSL), the leader in Delivery Management Solutions announced today that it has received final approval to have its name changed to Delivery Technology Solutions Inc. The name change becomes effective immediately. As a result of the name change, the company will trade under the new symbol “DTSL". As previously reported the business of Universal Delivery Solutions, Inc. was acquired by iTrackr Technologies Inc. The newly combined company filed the necessary documentation with the appropriate governing agencies to have the name changed to Delivery Technology Solutions. This approval concludes that process.

Management firmly believes that the new name more accurately reflects the company’s business operations today and in the future. Over the course of 2009, management has been executing its plan to diversify operations through strategic partnerships and business development in an effort to increase revenue, and move the company toward a profitable future. While Delivery Technology Solutions continues to develop and market its services to clients worldwide, its recent successes have enabled the company to collect a tremendous amount of data for the fourth quarter, mainly attributable to its Washington DC launch of 888-SUB-TOGO.
