Effective July 21, 2015, Rachel Boulds resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Independent Film Development Corporation. Jeff Ritchie, the current Interim Chief Executive Officer will serve as the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer until an appropriate replacement for Ms. Boulds can be found.
