RETURN OF CAPITAL

The Board of Directors of KKV Secured Loan Fund Limited is pleased to announce that it has resolved to return an amount of 3 pence per share to Ordinary Shareholders, being GBP10.6m based on the current number of shares in issue, and to return an amount of 21 pence per share to C Shareholders, being GBP29m (the "Distributions").

The Distributions will be effected by way of an issue of redeemable B shares and D shares to existing Shareholders pro-rata to their shareholding on the record date set out below and the subsequent redemption of those shares.

It is expected that the timetable for the Distributions will be as follows:
