Ceres Agriculture Fund Limited ("Ceres" or the "Company") today announces that, 
in accordance with the Company's circular in connection with the proposed 
voluntary winding up of the Company published on 10 June 2010, trading in its 
shares on the London Stock Exchange, and the listing of its shares on the 
Official List of the UK Listing Authority have been suspended.
