Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the pharmaceutical company
developing innovative sexual health products , today announces that
it has been notified that James Barder and his spouse, Charlotte
Barder have gifted in aggregate 20,000 Ordinary Shares to a family
member as part of inheritance and tax planning.
Following this transaction James Barder's interests in Ordinary
Shares is 1,420,972 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
0.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
