Guangdong Development Fund Limited ("the Company") announces that, at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held on 15 June 2007, all of the resolutions put
to the meeting were duly passed.

A final dividend of USD6 cents per share will be paid on 29 June 2007 to
shareholders in the Company whose names appear on the register of members on 15
June 2007.
