Issuance of New Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights
Following the Company's Publication of Prospectus, the
completion of which was announced on 13 June 2023 ("The
Prospectus"), the 72,831,186 ordinary shares issued in connection
with the acquisition of The GP Service (UK) Ltd at a price of
12.65p, have been admitted today, 28 June 2023, to the Standard
List of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission")
Following Admission, for the purposes of the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Kanabo
Group Plc announces that the Company has 573,216,379 ordinary
shares of 2.5p each in issue ("Ordinary Shares"), each share
carrying the right to one vote. The figure of 573,216,379 should be
used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
