Board Changes

Murchison United NL ("Murchison" or "the Company") (ASX: MUR, AIM: MUU) today
announced that Ms Stacey Apostolou has stepped down from her position as Finance
Director of the Company. Ms Apostolou will continue in her capacity as Company
Secretary.



In addition Mr Atherley's service agreement with the Company expires with effect
from today. Mr Atherley will continue to be retained by the Company to fulfill
the Managing Director's position.
