Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

Tan Delta Systems plc (AIM:TAND), a leading provider of intelligent monitoring and maintenance systems for commercial and industrial equipment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joy Alvarez as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company effective immediately.

Joy is an international executive with over 25 years of experience working in the Industrial, Power Generation, and Oil & Gas markets. She has a strong track record of success with major equipment suppliers and customers. Whilst at General Electric ("GE"), she developed innovative products, drove double-digit revenue growth and expanded global market presence, working in a variety of strategic roles at including Digital Product Leader and Global Marketing Leader. She most recently held the position of Commercialisation and Operations Leader for the Digital and Controls product portfolio at GE Verona focused on portfolio operations & strategy optimization and M&A.

In accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Joy Lynn Alvarez (nee Marshall, aged 47 years) currently holds the position of Non-Executive Director of the Oeiras International School, Portugal and has not held any other directorships or partnerships within the last five years. Joy does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
