Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Torex") (TSX:TXG) is pleased to
announce that it has filed a technical report prepared in
accordance with National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") in support
of the Company's September 16, 2013
news release, which included an inferred mineral resource estimate
for its Media Luna Project in Mexico.
The independent technical report, entitled
"Media Luna Gold-Copper Project Guerrero State, Mexico NI 43-101
Technical Report" (the "Technical Report"), that has an effective
date of September 13, 2013, and a
filing date of September 26, 2013,
was prepared by AMEC E&C Services Inc. and authored by
Mark Hertel, Registered Member of
the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration ("RM SME") and
John Rust, RM SME, both of whom are
qualified persons as defined by, and independent of Torex for the
purposes of, NI 43-101. The Technical Report is available on SEDAR
at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at
www.torexgold.com.
Torex is a growth-oriented, Canadian-based
resource company engaged in the exploration and development of its
100% owned Morelos Gold Property, an area of 29,000 hectares in the
highly prospective Guerrero Gold
Belt located 180 kilometres southwest of Mexico City. Within this property, Torex has
two projects: the El Limon and
Guajes Project, currently under development, and the Media Luna
Project, at an advanced stage of exploration. Torex intends to
identify a pipeline of future economic deposits within its
