("ICI" or the "Company"), (OTCQX: ICIZF, a producer of proprietary composite products announced today that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of 2,043,245 share purchases warrants (the "Warrants"), which were set to expire on June 17, 2012, by six months.  The Warrants were issued as part of a private placement completed by the Company on June 17, 2010.  Each Warrant is exercisable into one Common Share of the Company at $0.45 per share.  The new expiry date of the Warrants is December 17, 2012.  All other terms of the Warrants remain unchanged.
