Revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2011 ("Second Quarter 2011") were $2,537,895.  Gross Profits were $596,553 and Net Profits were $213,530.  The total assets of the Alliance Creative Group as of 6/30/11 were $4,349,710.  The total outstanding shares as of August 16, 2011 are 5,921,038 with 5,790,633 of those shares in the float.  The estimated annual earnings per share (EPS) is about .13. Revenues for the Second Quarter 2011 where up 33% compared to the First Quarter 2011.  Gross Profits were up 29%, Net Profits increased by 68%, Assets increased 9% and Equity increased 90%.
