Shares in solar panel manufacturer Verditek PLC fell Tuesday after it confirmed that it has raised 353,253 pounds ($489,114) via a corporate green bond.

The AIM-listed company said the bond has a 7% yield and is for a term of two years.

In addition, Verditek will issue to the crowdfunding platform Crowd for Angels--through which it raised the money--10 warrants for each GBP1 invested to subscribe for new shares over a term of 36 months. The closing bid price was 3.1 pence for the initial GBP250,000 and 2.75 pence for the balance.

Shares at 0745 GMT were down 0.90 pence, or 19%, at 3.75 pence.
