HOLDING IN COMPANY


The Company received notification on 21 November 2003 from Fidelity Investments
that it now has a notifiable holding of 3.92% in the Company's ordinary shares
of 50p each comprised of holdings held by the following:


1.  FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries


2.  Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries


In addition by virtue of his holding as a principle shareholder in FMR Corp. and
Fidelity International Limited, Mr Edward C Johnson is also deemed to have a
notifiable interest in the shares of the Company.
