Amphion Innovations plc ("the Company") announces that Richard Morgan, Chief
Executive Officer, notified the Company of his participation in the placing of
the Company's shares announced on 5 December 2005. Richard Morgan acquired
163,636 shares in the placing, at the placing price of 27.5p per share.  Details
of this share purchase and the holding of the Director concerned following the
