The Company was notified on 17 November 2008 of the resignation of Arbuthnot Securities Limited as nominated adviser and broker to the
Company, with immediate effect. In the event that a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by the Company by 7.00 a.m. on 18
December 2008, the listing of the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled at that time.
