    The Company announces that its nominated adviser, Landsbanki Securities (UK) Ltd, has resigned with immediate effect. As a result,
trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the AIM market will be suspended from 7am tomorrow pursuant to AIM rule 1.

    The Company has begun to look for an alternative nomad.
