The Company today received notification that Andrew Law, CEO, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.0p per Ordinary Share on 16 November 2022. Following this acquisition, Mr Law has an interest in 1,660,512 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
