First Artist expands global presence into the USA and builds infrastructure for
future development of US sports in the UK.

First Artist Corporation plc (LSE: FAN), the leading global football management
and representation company is pleased to announce today the establishment of a
sports management office in the United States.   Patrick T McCabe a Licensed
Player Agent, has been appointed as Director of the US operation.

Based in Chicago, McCabe's role will be to raise First Artist's profile in the
US and harness the growth in the Major League Soccer (MLS) market.  McCabe has
extensive expertise within the global football market and a proven ability to
identify and import foreign talent.  He currently manages 20 players in the MLS,
including talented younger players such as, Ronnie O'Brien, Ryan Suarez and
Damani Ralph, as well as established league players Steve Jolley and Jaime
Moreno.

Phil Smith, Chief Operating Officer commented, "We are delighted that Patrick
has joined the team at First Artist.  We already have a history with MLS and
believe that this appointment will allow us to develop this to the full and
therefore expand our business in North America.

"In addition, within our company we have significant experience of bringing
North American sports to the UK, for example, Jon Smith owned the London
Monarchs when they were based at Wembley and we have worked closely with the
NFL, NHL and the NBA.  We believe in the future of these sports within the UK
and Europe and will work towards building the infrastructure to support their
expansion.

Prior to joining First Artist Corporation, McCabe spent two season with South
Africa's Santos and worked for Woolf Associates in Boston as their Director of
Soccer.  McCabe has managed numerous transfers during his career, in both the US
and the UK.
