Stack Capital Group Inc., (“Stack Capital” or the “Company”) (TSX:STCK) today announced that it has engaged MNP LLP as its independent auditor, replacing PwC LLP, effective as of September 27, 2024. The decision to change auditors was approved by the Audit Committee of Stack’s Board of Directors following a thorough evaluation process.

During the period of PwC LLP’s engagement, there were no disagreements on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedures that, if not resolved to the satisfaction of PwC LLP, would have caused them to make reference to the matter in their reports.
