(Pink Sheets:SGDH), owner of premier environmentally friendly paper manufacturer EcoPaper, today announced that the company has entered into an agreement for EcoPaper products to be represented by a well-respected Los Angeles-based manufacturer's representative group that also represents many of the world's finest international paper product lines.

EcoPaper products were hand-picked to be represented by the group after the products' successful presentation at the New York Stationery Show.  Sales representatives from the group begin placing EcoPaper products into selected gift stores throughout Southern California this week.
